In this role, as a part of Sales team at Uhlmann India Pvt Ltd, based in Chakan, Pune, or remote in India, you'll be responsible for sales functions, leveraging your technical expertise to drive business development and shape strategic portfolio growth by Leveraging technical expertise for strategic decision-making, Contribute to portfolio development and expansion within the assigned territory.

  • Business Development:
  • Develop and expand customer base through strategic planning and execution
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities to drive market penetration
  • Sales Strategy:
  • Implement and execute sales strategies within assigned geographic or industrial focus area
  • Position solutions as the preferred choice, engaging customers at all levels
  • Relationship Building:
  • Build strong internal and external networks
  • Gather market insights
  • Account Management:
  • Take ownership of key accounts, coordinating communication and managing sales documentation
  • Monitor and report on key customer projects, sharing best practices for regional success
  • Extensive travelling to tap new accounts and to Existing accounts  
  • Brand Representation:
  • Represent the company professionally, acting as a brand ambassador in all interactions

Unbox your assets - your profile

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s/Diploma in engineering (preferably with Post Graduate Diploma or master’s in business administration)
  • Experience:
  • 10+ years in B2B sales
  •  Capital Equipment Sales experience in the Pharmaceutical domain (preferred packaging equipment’s)
  • Skills:
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Market analysis and competitor insights
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Strategic thinking with results-driven approach
  • Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce
  • Other:
  • Willingness to travel as needed
