- Manage sales activities through both direct sales and partners for the responsible territory
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts, sales activities report and regular update on overall market situation, competition and new business opportunities
- Responsible for the complete sales project lifecycle from lead generation to closure
- Drive and develop key customer relationships through customer satisfaction with the foundation of trust and loyalty
- Establish new accounts and introduce the company’s value proposition to key decision makers
- Qualify technical enquiries from the customer before delegating to the team for the quotation process
- Conduct sales visit, exhibitions, seminars and trainings as required through sales strategy planning and market requirements
- Carry out any other ad hoc related duties as required
- Experience with Salesforce and CPQ is preferred
Unbox your assets - your profile
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering / Automation / Packaging or others related
- Min. 5 years relevant experience in complex B2B Technical Sales or related function
- Fluency in English both spoken and written. Competency in other language in the region is preferred
- Technical skill is a must; the candidate must have a keen interest and be able to understand complex automated machineries, preferably in packaging lines
- The candidate knows what it takes to pursue new customers from cold calling to order closing
- Good negotiation skills and experience in selling high value-added product, and the ability to deal with highly competitive sales environment
- Self-driven with high integrity, pro-active attitude with the ability to work both independently as well as in team environments at all levels of the company
- Stakeholder management skills is required to be able to successfully manage partners, internal and HQ departments
