- Leading and managing the technical functions of product development, project management, and technical sales
- Supporting global sales in the creation of technically detailed offers
- Planning and managing order execution through project management
- Strategic development of the portfolio and location within the framework of the group strategy
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director
Unbox your assets - Ihr Profil
- Completed studies in engineering, or business engineering
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical contexts, experience in PLC programming is an advantage
- Experience in working with international teams and in project management
- Ability to solve complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions
- Understanding of cost implications in designs as well as good economic understanding regarding contribution margin and payment targets
- Knowledge in offer creation (new machines, aftersales) as well as in contract law is desirable
- High intercultural competence, team orientation, and motivational strength
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
